This new phase, officially named Levi Lakes and informally referred to as Tidewater Phase 3, will add 64 new single-family homes to the growing Tidewater neighborhood and spans approximately 24 acres.
Levi Lakes represents a significant expansion of the Tidewater community and is part of the ongoing effort to provide thoughtfully designed housing within one of the Lowcountry’s most sought-after areas. Dream Finders Homes has once again entrusted Sea Island Land Development to lead the full scope of site construction, reinforcing SILD’s reputation for precision, reliability, and quality in site development.
Sea Island Land Development is managing all phases of site construction, including mass earthwork and grading, the installation of underground utilities such as water, sewer, and storm drainage systems, as well as the construction of concrete curbing, sidewalks, and asphalt paving throughout the development.
