Site Work
SILD provides comprehensive sitework and site preparation services to prepare land for construction. From clearing and grubbing to mass grading, rough grading, fine grading, building pad construction, and roadway grading, our team uses state-of-the-art GPS-enabled equipment and technology to efficiently transform undeveloped land into a construction-ready site.
Utilities
As a licensed water and sewer main contractor in South Carolina, SILD provides underground utility construction for commercial, residential, and municipal projects. Our capabilities include water main installation, sewer main installation, water and sewer services, tie-ins, manhole installation, and public and private utility construction. Our team utilizes advanced lasers, levels, and field technology to ensure utilities are installed accurately and according to project specifications.
Earth Work
SILD provides earthwork, excavation, and grading services for projects of all sizes. Our capabilities include mass grading, cut and fill, structural fill, building pad construction, pond excavation, stormwater pond construction, and unsuitable soil removal. With fully integrated GPS machine control technology, our experienced construction team delivers accurate and efficient earthwork to create a stable foundation for the next phase of construction.
Concrete and Paving
SILD provides concrete, asphalt paving, and curb and gutter as part of our complete site development capabilities. Our services include concrete paving, asphalt paving, curb and gutter, sidewalks, parking lot construction, and roadway paving. Working alongside project teams and geotechnical engineers, we complete concrete and paving work according to project plans and specifications, helping deliver a quality finished site built for long-term performance.
