Sea Island Land Development (SILD) is proud to partner with ARCO on the Southrail commercial development, an 11-acre site located in North Charleston, South Carolina. This project will feature a 145,000-square-foot warehouse facility, supporting continued industrial growth in one of the region’s most active commercial corridors.
SILD’s scope of work includes all earthwork and building pad construction, as well as complete storm drainage, water, and sewer installation, all performed in-house by our experienced utilities team. In addition, we are executing all associated concrete work, delivering a fully prepared and structurally sound site for vertical construction.
