Sea Island Land Development (SILD) was selected by Pulte Home Company LLC to perform the complete site development for Del Webb Phase 14A, a 17-acre residential expansion within one of the Lowcountry’s premier active adult communities in Berkeley County, South Carolina. This phase will support the continued growth of the Del Webb community by providing the infrastructure needed for new homes and amenities.
SILD’s scope of work includes land clearing, excavating, grading, public utilities, storm drainage installation, concrete work, and asphalt paving. Working alongside project engineer Seamon Whiteside, our team is delivering the critical infrastructure required to support the next phase of this thoughtfully planned retirement community.
From initial site preparation through final paving, SILD is committed to executing every aspect of the project with precision, efficiency, and quality. Construction began in June 2026 and is scheduled for completion in January 2027, demonstrating our continued partnership with Pulte Home Company and our expertise in delivering large-scale residential site development projects across the Lowcountry.
