Sea Island Land Development (SILD) was selected by Trident Construction to complete the site development for the new Roper Sawmill medical office building in Summerville, South Carolina. Developed by BGMP Development LLC, this 2.81-acre commercial project will expand healthcare access in the growing Summerville area through the construction of a new medical facility, expanded parking, and supporting infrastructure.
SILD’s scope of work includes excavating, grading, public utilities, storm drainage installation, concrete work, and asphalt paving. Working alongside project partner Seamon Whiteside, our team is focused on delivering a safe, efficient, and high-quality site that supports the long-term needs of both the medical provider and the surrounding community.
Construction began in June 2025 and is scheduled for completion in September 2026. This project highlights SILD’s ability to successfully execute complex commercial sitework projects from initial earthwork through final paving and utility infrastructure.
