The scope of this project included a comprehensive range of site development services designed to meet the high standards of both Brookfield Properties and the future residents of Hammocks Walk. Our experienced team managed all phases of site preparation, including precision earthwork and grading to establish a stable foundation, the expert installation of stormwater drainage systems to ensure long-term sustainability, and the execution of high-quality concrete work, including both standard structural components and decorative finishes that enhance the visual appeal of the site. Additionally, we completed durable asphalt paving to support accessibility and traffic flow throughout the amenity center area.
