Sea Island Land Development (SILD) is proud to be working alongside Contract Construction on the development of a new middle school for Charleston County School District in North Charleston. This important project involves the full site construction of a 12.1-acre property, previously home to an older school facility.
SILD began by demolishing the existing school infrastructure and clearing the entire site to prepare for new construction. From there, our team is handling every phase of the site work — including mass earthwork, grading, and full utility installation such as water, sewer, and storm drainage systems.
As the project moves forward, SILD will continue leading the concrete and asphalt work, including curb and gutter, sidewalks, and final paving. This turnkey approach ensures a smooth and efficient process from the earliest demolition to the finished, ready-for-construction site.
