SILD Field Notes

Lennar Carolinas has chosen Sea Island Land Development (SILD) to lead site construction for one of their latest townhome communities within the master-planned development of Summer’s Corner in Summerville, South Carolina. This project, now known as Parkside Townhomes (formerly Pin Oak Townhomes), is situated on a 20-acre site and will feature 100 new townhomes designed for modern Lowcountry living.

Sea Island Land Development managed all phases of site preparation and construction, including mass earthwork, underground utility installation, concrete curbing and sidewalks, and asphalt paving.
