Brennan Investment Group Selects Sea Island Land Development for Major Site Project in Jedburg, SC
Brennan Investment Group, a nationally recognized real estate investment firm headquartered in Chicago, IL, has chosen Sea Island Land Development (SILD) as the site contractor for the construction of the Interstate Commerce Center (ICC) in Jedburg, South Carolina. Conveniently located just off Interstate 26, this strategic development sits on a 12.5-acre site and will serve as a key logistics hub supporting the Port of Charleston.
Once completed, the Interstate Commerce Center will offer temporary storage for up to 226 full-sized trucks and trailers, providing much-needed capacity for freight moving to and from one of the Southeast’s busiest ports. The facility will also feature space allocated for a future on-site office to accommodate administrative and support staff.
SILD was proud to lead this project from the ground up, providing comprehensive site development services including land clearing, mass earthwork, utility installation, concrete work, and paving.
