Sea Island Land Development was proudly selected by Brookfield to perform complete site construction services for a large-scale 190-lot townhome development. This major project highlights SILD’s reputation for delivering high-quality, on-time, and on-budget site work across the Charleston, South Carolina region.
The scope of work included comprehensive mass grading, storm drain installation, and the full construction of underground water and sewer utility systems, ensuring proper drainage and long-term infrastructure reliability. In addition to utility and earthwork operations, SILD also executed detailed concrete work, including sidewalks and curbing, as well as asphalt paving for roads and driveways throughout the community.
