Sea Island Land Development (SILD) was selected by NRP Group to perform the complete site development for Henry Brown Blvd Apartments, a 24-acre multifamily residential development located in Goose Creek, South Carolina. Developed by Henry Brown MF Propco, LLC / Blue Current, this project will feature 10 apartment buildings, a clubhouse, and a swimming pool, bringing new residential opportunities to the growing Berkeley County area.
SILD’s scope of work includes land clearing, excavating, grading, public utilities, storm drainage installation, concrete work, and asphalt paving. Working alongside project engineer Kimley-Horn, our team is responsible for preparing the site and installing the essential infrastructure needed to support the apartment buildings, recreational amenities, and surrounding development.
From initial site preparation and earthwork through underground utility installation and final paving, SILD is focused on delivering high-quality sitework that provides a strong foundation for this new residential community. Construction began in September 2026 and is scheduled for completion in August 2027, highlighting SILD’s experience delivering comprehensive multifamily site development projects throughout the South Carolina Lowcountry.
