Sea Island Land Development (SILD) is proud to serve as the General Contractor for the new Lowcountry Senior Center Pickleball Court Project on James Island, South Carolina. This 1-acre recreational development will provide a dedicated space for pickleball, expanding recreational opportunities and promoting active lifestyles, wellness, and community engagement for local seniors.
Working alongside project engineer Barrier Island Engineering, our team is responsible for preparing the site and constructing the infrastructure necessary to support the new recreational facility.
From initial site preparation through final court construction, SILD is focused on delivering a high-quality, accessible recreational space that will serve the James Island community for years to come. Construction is scheduled to begin in November 2026, with completion targeted for February 2027. This project highlights SILD’s ability to manage and execute community-focused construction projects while continuing to strengthen our presence throughout the Charleston Lowcountry.
