Sea Island Land Development was selected by CF Evans to perform the full site construction for a new 7-building apartment complex. This partnership highlights SILD’s trusted reputation and expertise in delivering high-quality site development services across the Charleston region.
The project scope includes mass grading to prepare the site for construction, along with the placement of chemically treated soil to ensure ground stability. SILD is handling the installation of all storm drainage systems, as well as water and sanitary sewer lines, providing the essential underground infrastructure for the development.
SILD is also completing all concrete work, including curbs, sidewalks, and other flatwork, in addition to asphalt paving for access roads and parking areas. Every aspect of the job is being executed with precision, a focus on safety, and a commitment to staying on schedule and within budget.
