Summit Contracting Group, based in Jacksonville, FL, has selected Sea Island Land Development (SILD) as the trusted site contractor for the new HOM Pooler project. Located at 40 William Blakley Crossing in Pooler, Georgia, this large-scale residential development spans 21 acres and will feature 11 modern apartment buildings, along with a full suite of premium amenities. SILD has been responsible for managing and executing all aspects of the site work, including earthwork, underground utilities, concrete installation, and asphalt paving.
