Sea Island Land Development is proud to have been selected by DR Horton, one of the nation’s leading homebuilders, for the construction of their newest townhome community in Summerville, South Carolina—Central Towers Townhomes. This exciting development sits on a 24-acre site and will feature 95 thoughtfully designed townhomes, contributing to the continued growth of the Charleston metro area.
SILD was trusted to manage this project from the ground up, providing a full range of site development services. Our scope of work included mass earthwork and grading, the installation of underground utilities such as water, sewer, and storm drainage, as well as concrete work for curbs, sidewalks, and building pads. We also handled all asphalt paving for internal roads and parking areas.
