Sea Island Land Development (SILD) is proud to continue its partnership with Lennar Carolinas for the second phase of construction at the Dorchester Road Townhomes, formerly known as Patriot Park Townhomes. This residential development is located on an 11-acre site in North Charleston, South Carolina, and will feature an additional 32 townhomes, expanding on the first phase that SILD also successfully completed.
SILD was entrusted with managing the full scope of site development for this project, starting with land clearing and mass earthwork. Our team then moved into utility installation, followed by concrete work and asphalt paving. From start to finish, we’ve remained focused on quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
