Sea Island Land Development is proud to partner with M.B. Kahn on a new 4-acre commercial site in Summerville, South Carolina, for Blossman Gas. This facility will serve as a key propane distribution center for the region. Although sitework has not yet begun, our scope includes clearing and grubbing, mass earthwork, underground utility installation, asphalt paving, and concrete construction. We’re excited to collaborate with M.B. Kahn, Cypress Engineering, and Charleston County on this project.
