Summit Contracting Group, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, has selected Sea Island Land Development (SILD) as the site contractor for the Preserve at Hanover Park—a new garden-style apartment community in Beaufort, South Carolina. Located just off Robert Smalls Parkway, this 24-acre development will include eight residential buildings, adding much-needed housing to the rapidly growing Lowcountry region.
Sea Island Land Development is responsible for all site work on the project, including earthwork, utility installation, concrete, and asphalt paving. From clearing and grading to final paving, our team is delivering comprehensive, high-quality services that meet both schedule and budget expectations.
