The Grand Bees community by Lennar Homes features an 2.5 acre amenity center complete with a junior size olympic swimming pool. Due to the poor soil conditions on this site, SILD grading crew mucked and filled all structural areas. Approximately 5,000 cubic yards of structural fill dirt was imported to the site.
