Sea Island Land Development Selected by Lennar Carolinas for Major Townhome Project in Summerville/Jedburg
Sea Island Land Development (SILD) is proud to have been selected by Lennar Carolinas for the construction of one of their newest residential developments in the growing Summerville/Jedburg area. The project, known as Orangeburg Road Townhomes—formerly referred to as Dawson Point Townhomes—is set on a 17-acre site and will include 95 thoughtfully designed townhomes.
SILD was trusted to handle the full scope of site development services for this community. Our experienced team managed everything from mass earthwork and grading to underground utility installation, storm drainage systems, concrete flatwork, and final asphalt paving. By utilizing advanced GPS and laser-guided technology, we ensured precision at every phase of construction, delivering the project on time and within budget.
