Sea Island Land Development is proud to announce our collaboration with Trident Construction, HLA Engineering, and Charleston County on a transformative new project in West Ashley. We’ve been selected to demolish the existing shopping center foundation and perform all site development work for a brand-new fire station that will serve the surrounding community for years to come.
Located on a four-acre site just off Highway 61 and adjacent to the scenic Church Creek, this project involves full-scale earthwork, installation of underground utilities, and both concrete and asphalt paving. From start to finish, we’re committed to delivering a durable and high-quality site that supports the critical infrastructure our community relies on.
