Sea Island Land Development (SILD) is proud to have been selected by Trident Construction as the site contractor for an exciting new project in Moncks Corner, South Carolina. Our team is providing comprehensive site development services, including all earthwork, underground utilities installation, and asphalt paving, for the construction of a new inclusive playground and the revitalization of the local farmers market.
We’re honored to collaborate closely with Trident Construction, Stantec, and the Town of Moncks Corner to bring this transformative vision to life. This new recreational complex is designed to be a welcoming and accessible space for everyone in the community—children of all abilities, families, and local residents.
