Sea Island Land Development is proud to partner with Trident Construction on the new Lowtide Brewery project on Johns Island, Charleston County. Our team is completing all earthwork and underground utilities for this 10-acre site, which will serve as Lowtide’s first permanent home after years of operating in rental warehouses.
What makes this project unique is its connection to the land—some onsite trees will be repurposed into the construction of the building, while the property’s beautiful grand oaks will be preserved. We’re also coordinating with the City of Charleston and St. Johns Water on key utility work.
Slated for completion in August 2026, we’re excited to bring this vision to life and help create a forever home for a local Charleston favorite.
