Central Ave Townhomes

SILD Field Notes

The Lennar Corporation selected SILD to perform the site work package for the 60 unit townhome development in Summerville. Several existing structures had to be demolished before excavation and grading work could begin. Due to site topography, 25,000 cubic yards of dirt was excavated and exported offsite. SILD pipe crews installed storm drainage, water and sewer utilities.
