Founders Yard

SILD Field Notes

The Founders Yard project is a 340+ unit multifamily complex on a 14 acre site located in West Ashley. CF Evans selected SILD as the site work subcontractor for the project. Major project accomplishments included the install of a Cultec underground stormwater retention system capable of storing over 1,000,000 gallons of stormwater runoff. Onsite soil conditions required chemical stabilization of building pads performed by SILD crews.
