Sea Island Land Development was selected by Landmark Builders of South Carolina to perform comprehensive sitework services for an exclusive new development located on Kiawah Island, SC. Situated just a short walk from the beach, this 7-acre site will be home to seven luxury condominiums, offering future residents the perfect blend of coastal living and high-end amenities.
SILD’s scope of work includes full clearing and grubbing of the site, precision earthwork, and installation of all underground utilities. This includes water distribution, sanitary sewer systems, and storm drainage infrastructure—ensuring the project is built on a solid, efficient, and sustainable foundation.
In addition to the residential structures, the site will feature a thoughtfully designed mixed-use pathway that will connect the development to surrounding communities and Kiawah Island’s expansive network of pedestrian trails.
