Crescent Cove Villas is a 15 acre townhome development located in Summerville, SC. SILD provided the sitework package that took the heavily wooded tract to 60 completed building pads with necessary roads, utilities and drainage for homebuilders to begin construction. The project also called for complex watermain utility construction that included 1,000 linear feet of 16” ductile iron pipe within SCDOT right of way.
