Sea Island Land Development (SILD) is proud to have completed the site construction for Woodfield Nexton Townhomes, developed by Woodfield Development, LLC, and located in Downtown Nexton in the Town of Summerville, South Carolina.
This 8-acre, 114-unit multi-family townhome project consists of 21 townhome apartment buildings and plays a key role in the continued growth of the Nexton community. SILD’s scope of work included clearing and grubbing, erosion control, grading and drainage, water and sewer installation, as well as all associated concrete and asphalt paving.
From initial site preparation through final pavement, our team delivered a fully developed site with precision and efficiency, providing a strong foundation for high-quality residential construction in one of the Lowcountry’s fastest-growing areas.
