Sea Island Land Development (SILD) was selected by Contract Construction to complete the full site construction for the Tri County Biological Science Center. The project involved comprehensive civil and site preparation work, beginning with clearing and grubbing and progressing through storm drain installation, mass grading, and water and sewer construction.
SILD also performed all associated concrete work and asphalt paving, delivering a fully developed site designed to support the facility’s long-term operational needs. This project showcases our ability to successfully execute complex, multi-scope sitework while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and schedule from start to finish.
