Sea Island Land Development (SILD) was selected by Lennar Carolinas to perform full sitework for The Grove at Cane Bay, a 26-acre residential development located in Berkeley County, South Carolina. This project will bring 210 new single-family townhomes to one of the Lowcountry’s most sought-after master-planned communities, supporting continued growth in the Cane Bay area.
SILD’s scope of work includes demolition of existing buildings and foundations, mass earthwork, water and sewer installation, and construction of the project’s storm drainage infrastructure. From initial site preparation through final grading, our team is focused on delivering a safe, efficient, and well-built site that sets the foundation for successful vertical construction and long-term community development.
