The St. Andrew’s PSD project was unique in that the site had been previously used as a wastewater treatment facility and a residential landfill. SILD worked closely with design engineers and the general contractor, Trident Construction, to ensure all unsuitable soils were removed from structural areas. Overall, 11,000 cubic yards of unsuitable soils were excavated and replaced structurally sound fill material.
