Sea Island Land Development (SILD) was selected by Lennar Carolinas to complete sitework for Phase 4 of the Carnes Crossroads Active Adult community in Goose Creek, South Carolina. This 25-acre residential project will deliver 68 new single-family homes designed specifically for residents aged 55 and older, further expanding one of the region’s most sought-after master-planned communities.
SILD’s scope of work includes mass earthwork, installation of water and sewer systems, and construction of storm drainage infrastructure. Our team is committed to delivering precision, efficiency, and quality throughout every stage of development, ensuring the site is fully prepared for vertical construction.
Once complete, Carnes Crossroads Active Adult Phase 4 will provide modern housing tailored to the 55+ community, adding to the vibrant and growing lifestyle offerings within the Carnes Crossroads master-planned community.
